From your meal kit

1 lb Salmon Fillet
2 Green Onions
1 Tbsp Cilantro
1 Tbsp Lime
4 Hamburger Buns
2 cups Haricots Verts
2 cloves Garlic
2 Tbsp Wasabi Sauce
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp Lemon

From your pantry

Salt And Ground Black Pepper
1 Tbsp Oil

Cooking Instructions



1. Cut 1 lb of salmon into small chunks. Place in food processor and pulse until ground. Remove from food processor and place in a mixing bowl. Add 2 cloves chopped garlic, 3 Tbsp green onions, 1 Tbsp lemon juice, 1 /2 tsp lemon zest, 1 Tbsp lime zest, and 1 Tbsp cilantro. Mix well.



2. Using your hands, take a ball of mixture and form 2-4 patties. If patties are not forming, you can add a small amount of wasabi sauce to the mixture. Place the patties on wax paper, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.



3. To prepare the haricot verts: Toss together 2 cups of haricot vert with olive oil and 2 Tbsp soy sauce, and season with salt and pepper to taste.



4. Heat oil on a grill or skillet over high heat. Once it’s hot, carefully place the patties; cook 2-3 minutes per side, turning once. Alternatively, grill them for the same amount of time. Remove patties and set aside.



5. Butter the hamburger buns and toast on a skillet or grill. Remove from heat. Serve burgers on toasted buns with wasabi sauce, alongside the haricot vert salad. Additionally, you can sprinkle the buns with lemon juice before serving.
