Low FODMAP Anti-inflammatory Smoothie with LemonAID, Ayurvedic herb and spice lemon infusion Recipe

Indulge your senses with this low-FODMAP friendly smoothie. This is not your ordinary smoothie. Infused with LemonAID Ayurvedic herb and spice lemon infusion from Casa de santé, it helps promote good digestion and is anti-inflammatory.
Inflammation can contribute to many chronic conditions such as inflammatory bowel disease, arthritis, autoimmune disorders, and diabetes. LemonAID Ayurvedic herb and spice lemon infusion contains natural anti-inflammatory compounds including:
- Turmeric
- Ginger
- Lemon
- Cinnamon
- Fennel

Anti-inflammatory Smoothie with LemonAID Ayurvedic herb and spice lemon infusion
Serves 1-2
Ingredients:
½ cup LemonAID Ayurvedic herb and spice lemon infusion
½ cup almond milk (may substitute canned coconut milk or lactose-free milk)
1 frozen banana
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 tablespoon almond butter
2 teaspoons pure maple syrup
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
Directions:
Combine all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend for 1-2 minutes or until combined. Enjoy immediately or cover and save in the refrigerator for up to 1 day.
