Ingredients:

3 tbsp olive oil
150g gluten free pasta
1 cup zucchini
1 cup tomatoes

1 cup Casa de Sante Vegetable Stock
2 tsp Italian Tuscan Herb Mix by Casa de Sante
1/2 cup parmesan
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
1/4 olives

Prepare:

In a pan put 3 tbsp olive oil.
Add the 150g gluten free pasta, 1 cup zucchini, 1 cup tomatoes and 2 tsp Italian Tuscan Herb Mix by Casa de Sante and 1 cup Casa de Sante Vegetable Stock

Let it boil for 15 minutes.
Then add 1/2 cup parmesan, 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes and 1/4 olives.
Mix together and serve on a plate with parmesan.
