Directions

1. In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed banana, oat flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt.
2. In another bowl, whisk together the almond milk, vanilla extract, and maple syrup until smooth.
3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined; be careful not to overmix.
4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it if necessary.
5. Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake onto the skillet. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
6. Serve warm with your favorite low FODMAP toppings.
