In a bowl put 1 cup of sunflower seeds, 1 cup of Granola Snack Pack by Casa de Sante, 1 cup of coconut, 1 tsp of cinnamon, 1 tsp of chia seeds, 1 tbsp of fresh ginger, 1 tbsp of coconut oil, 1 tbsp of golden syrup.
Mix all well.
Add 2 carrots
Mix again until it gets fine
Using a teaspoon form balls, the mixture will be quite sticky, but the texture improves once you roll in the coconut.
