Ingredients:
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 cup Granola Snack Pack by Casa de Sante
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp golden syrup
- 2 carrots
Prepare:
- In a bowl put 1 cup of sunflower seeds, 1 cup of Granola Snack Pack by Casa de Sante, 1 cup of coconut, 1 tsp of cinnamon, 1 tsp of chia seeds, 1 tbsp of fresh ginger, 1 tbsp of coconut oil, 1 tbsp of golden syrup.
- Mix all well.
- Add 2 carrots
- Mix again until it gets fine
- Using a teaspoon form balls, the mixture will be quite sticky, but the texture improves once you roll in the coconut.
- Roll the balls in the desiccated coconut.
