Low FODMAP Power Balls Recipe

 

Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup Granola Snack Pack by Casa de Sante
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp golden syrup
  • 2 carrots


Prepare:

  1. In a bowl put 1 cup of sunflower seeds, 1 cup of Granola Snack Pack by Casa de Sante, 1 cup of coconut, 1 tsp of cinnamon, 1 tsp of chia seeds, 1 tbsp of fresh ginger, 1 tbsp of coconut oil, 1 tbsp of golden syrup.
  2. Mix all well.
  3. Add 2 carrots
  4. Mix again until it gets fine
  5. Using a teaspoon form balls, the mixture will be quite sticky, but the texture improves once you roll in the coconut.
  6. Roll the balls in the desiccated coconut.
