Low FODMAP Easy Granola Bar Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 pack of Casa De Santé plain granola
- 2 tbsp. natural peanut butter
- 2 tbsp. 100% maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp. Coconut oil
Preparation
- Set up a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Spread this mixture onto the parchment paper, pressing down firmly. Refrigerate for 1 hour or freeze for 10-15 minutes. Break into 2 servings.
