  1. In a pan heat up some oil on medium heat, stir fry the Casa De Santé Indian seasoning a few seconds until fragrant, add in the tomato sauce, bring to a simmer. 
  2. Add the eggs to the curry, and let it simmer for a minute.
  3. Serve hot with GF tortilla if desired.
