Ingredients
- 4 eggs, boiled, peeled and halved
- 15 oz. canned tomato sauce (no HFCS, garlic, onion)
- 1 tsp. Casa De Santé Indian seasoning
Preparation
- In a pan heat up some oil on medium heat, stir fry the Casa De Santé Indian seasoning a few seconds until fragrant, add in the tomato sauce, bring to a simmer.
- Add the eggs to the curry, and let it simmer for a minute.
- Serve hot with GF tortilla if desired.
