Low FODMAP Baked Mini Greek Meatballs

Add this simple Greek-style meatball recipe to your next dinner menu, and serve with your favorite low FODMAP condiments.

Serves: 8

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F
  2. Combine beef, egg, scallions, tomato paste and Tuscan herbs in a large bowl.
  3. Season to taste.
  4. Form the mixture into equally-sized mini meatballs, and cook in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
  5. Serve with Casa de Sante low FODMAP salsa or lactose-free yoghurt.
