  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the turkey, Tuscan spice mix, salt and pepper. Form into patties.
  2. Preheat grill over medium heat. Transfer burgers onto grill and cook for about 7 to 8 minutes per side or until burger is cooked through and juices run clear (or internal temperature reaches 165 F). Remove from grill.
  3. Plate burger over a bed of lettuce and top with brieĀ  or ketchup. Serve with brown rice tortilla wrap.

    Cook burgers in the oven at 350 for 15 minutes per side.
