- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons white wine or lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons Casa de santé Lemon Herb seasoning
- 1 pound firm white fish fillets (tilapia, flounder, sole)
- Preheat broiler.
- Melt butter in a small pan.
- Stir in white wine and Casa de santé Lemon Herb seasoning.
- Place fish on a broiler pan and brush with the butter mixture.
- Broil 8-10 minutes or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
