- 4 Oz. chicken breast,
- roasted 2 Slices gluten-free bread
- 4 Slices cucumber
- ¼ cup kale
- 1/8th avocado,mashed
- 1 Tsp. butter
- 1 Tsp. low FODMAP Spice Mix (Tuscan Herb)
1) In a small bowl, toss the roasted chicken breast in the spice mix.
2) Spread some butter on the gluten free bread.
3) Layer up all the ingredients, and enjoy!
