Low FODMAP Bacon Wrapped Pineapple Recipe

Ingredients:
- 2 slices of bacon, cooked
- Casa De Santé Tuscan Herb seasoning
- ½ cup chopped pineapple
Preparation:
- Warm bacon in microwave about 15 seconds to allow the bacon to become pliable to wrap around pineapple. Or cook bacon, if using raw, until slightly crisp.
- Wrap pineapple pieces with bacon and secure with toothpick, lightly sprinkle a pinch of Casa De Santé Tuscan Herb seasoning and place on microwave safe dish.
- Microwave for 15 seconds or for 5-10 minutes in 350 F oven to warm.
