Low FODMAP Arnold Palmer Lemonaid Recipe
- 1 black tea, brewed in ½ cup water
- ½ bottle of LemonAID (original)
- Lemon wedge (optional)
- Brew a black tea bag steeped in ½ cup of boiling water for 3-5 minutes.
- Let it cool and add some ice.
- Add ½ bottle of LemonAID, and some more ice if desired. Serve chilled with a lemon wedge.
