Low FODMAP Cucumber Mint Lemonaid Recipe

Serving – 1



  1. In a tall serving glass, muddle the cucumbers and mint with a pestle or a rounded end kitchen spatula/spoon.
  2. Add ice (crushed is nice), Casa De Santé LemonAID original and fill with club soda to desired level.
  3. Garnish with a mint and enjoy.
