Ingredients:
To make the Carrot and Coriander Soup Recipe, you will need the following:
- 2 lb. Carrots, chopped lengthways
- 2 Handfuls fresh coriander, chopped
- 1 Medium sweet potato
- 4 Cups hot water
- 4 Tbsp. Low FODMAP Vegetable Stock Powder
Method:
