1 lb Sirloin Steak¼ cup Soy Sauce
2 Tsp Brown Sugar
½ Tbsp Ginger
2-2 cloves Garlic
2 Cucumbers
2 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
6 Corn Tortillas
2 stalks Green Onion
2 Tbsp Honey
3 Radishes

Cooking Instructions
1. Combine ½ cup soy sauce, 4 Tbsp honey, 2 cloves minced garlic, and ½ Tbsp ginger, and a large pinch of salt and pepper in a bowl of shallow dish.
2. Add sirloin steak to the marinade and let sit for 15 minutes.
3. Combine 2 Tbsp rice vinegar, 2 tsp sugar, and 1 tsp salt in a medium bowl. Add 2 sliced cucumbers to the vinegar mixture and let sit for at least 15 minutes.
4. Heat 1 Tbsp oil in a skillet over medium heat and add steak without marinade; cook for 3 minutes. Then add residual marinade and bring up to a simmer for 2 minutes.
5. In a separate skillet, heat the tortillas by placing one at a time for 2 minutes on each side. You can also wrap all 6 tortillas in foil and heat them in a 350 degree oven for 15 minutes.
6. Assemble tacos by spooning beef down the center of a tortilla and drizzle with any drippings from the pan. Top with cucumber slices, sliced green onions, and radish wedges.
