You're in for a treat with this Low FODMAP SWEET POTATO CHIPS Recipe!
This is one delicious low fodmap snack that's sure to become a new favorite! Perfect addition to your low fodmap snacks recipe collection!
Ingredients:
- 2 sweet potatoes
- 2 teaspoon Casa de santé BBQ rub
- 2 tablespoons olive or coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Peel sweet potatoes and slice thin. Try to keep slices uniform.
- Combine sweet potato slices, Casa de santé BBQ rub, oil, and salt in a large bowl and mix well.
- Place sweet potato slices in a single layer on parchment lined baking sheets.
- Bake 30-40 minutes.
- Flip chips halfway through cooking and check frequently to avoid burning.
Serves 6
