Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Peel sweet potatoes and slice thin. Try to keep slices uniform.
  3. Combine sweet potato slices, Casa de santé BBQ rub, oil, and salt in a large bowl and mix well.
  4. Place sweet potato slices in a single layer on parchment lined baking sheets.
  5. Bake 30-40 minutes.
  6. Flip chips halfway through cooking and check frequently to avoid burning.
