Steaks with Sauteed Chard and White Beans Recipe
This easy recipe for white beans with chard has Flank Steak, Lemon, and Crackers.

1 lb Flank Steak
1 bunch Chard
1 can White Beans
½ Lemon
1 Tbsp Crackers
From your pantry
1 Oil
1 Salted Butter
1 Salt And Ground Black Pepper
Cooking Instructions
1. Season both sides of the steaks with ½ Tbsp salt and pepper.
2. Heat an oven proof skillet over high heat and sear the steaks for 4 minutes on each side. Remove steak from the skillet and let rest for 10 minutes.
3. Wipe the skillet clean with a paper towel and heat over medium heat. Add 2 Tbsp oil, and 1 bunch of chard (removed from the stem and sliced), and 2 cloves garlic.
4. Reduce heat to low and stir in 1 can white beans, juice from ½ lemon, and a pinch of salt and pepper; cook for 3 minutes. Sprinkle 1 Tbsp crushed crackers.
5. Serve steaks alongside collards and white beans.
