Ingredients:
To make our Low FODMAP Papaya Spinach Recipe, you will need the following:
- 1 cup spinach or kale
- Juice of 1 lime
- ¾ cup water
- ½ cup Lemonaid infusion
- 1 cup papaya, peeled and chopped
- 1 banana, peeled, sliced, and previously frozen
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
Directions:
To make our Low FODMAP Papaya Spinach Recipe, follow these steps:
Add spinach/kale, lime juice, water, and Lemonaid infusion to a high-speed blender and mix until completely smooth. Add papaya, banana, and flaxseed and blend again until smooth and creamy, about 3-4 minutes.
