Autoimmune Paleo (AIP) Diet

This meal plan follows the Autoimmune Paleo Protocol as developed by Dr. Sarah Ballantyne, Ph.D. It is free from all foods with the potential to stimulate the immune system, increase inflammation, and cause irritation to the digestive tract. Our Autoimmune Paleo Diet excludes all refined sugars and oils, grains, legumes, dairy, eggs, nightshades, nuts, seeds, food additives, spices and ingredients that contain extracts of these foods.

High Calorie, High Protein Program

Our High Calorie, High Protein meal plan is perfect for individuals who have high energy needs. Daily calories are between 3,000 to 3,200 per day and protein ranges from 172 to 206 grams per day.

Keto Diet
Our Keto Diet uses a wide range of nutrient-dense ingredients to avoid common nutrient deficiencies associated with a keto diet. The meal plan provides less than 30 grams per day of net carbohydrates, with the majority coming from fiber. Fiber will not prevent ketosis and it helps support a healthy digestive system. This meal plan is designed for the purpose of promoting general health and wellness through ketosis. It is not intended to treat epilepsy or any other type of seizure disorder.

Low FODMAP Diet
Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) affects an estimated 10-15% of the population. People with uncontrolled IBS often suffer from gas, bloating, diarrhea, constipation, and stomach pain which can have a terrible effect on their quality of life. Following a Low FODMAP diet has been shown to significantly improve these symptoms in about 75% of cases.

Low Glycemic Diet
Our Low Glycemic Diet uses ingredients with a Glycemic Index score below 50. We've included three meals and two snacks daily to prevent blood sugar highs and lows.
Plenty of healthy fats, fiber and protein further help to regulate blood sugar levels. Daily carbohydrates are below 150g, and can be increased by adding whole grain side dishes to meals as needed.

Low Histamine Diet
Our Low Histamine Diet is based on the Histamine Restricted Diet by Dr. Janice Joneja, RD as outlined in "The Beginner's Guide to Histamine Intolerance" (2017). It removes all high histamine foods to manage the symptoms of those who have (or suspect they have) some intolerance to histamine. This well-balanced meal plan contains a wide variety of delicious, colorful and fun low histamine recipes. All meals should be carefully stored as frozen leftovers or made fresh the day of.

Low Lectin Diet
Our Low Lectin Diet removes all high lectin foods, including nightshade vegetables, grains, legumes, and squash. Staple foods on this meal plan include cruciferous vegetables, wild fish, and leafy greens.

Specific Carbohydrate Diet
This program is based on the framework and Legal/Illegal List from Elaine Gottschall's book, "Breaking the Vicious Cycle: Intestinal Health Through Diet". This diet allows carbohydrate foods consisting of monosaccharides only and uses recipes made with "legal" ingredients. The meal plan has been designed to help you maintain your daily recommended fiber intake, and avoid common nutrient deficiencies in the Specific Carbohydrate Diet such as folate, thiamine, vitamin B6, vitamin C, vitamin A, calcium, and potassium. 

Weight Loss Diet
This diet was designed to assist with weight management by maintaining caloric intake at approximately 1,600 calories per day with a macronutrient ratio of approximately 40% carbohydrates, 30% protein, and 30% fat. Recipes are meal-prep friendly and easy to make to increase compliance.
