- 1 cup Potatoes
- 1 cup Carrots
- 1 cup Zucchini
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 3 tbsp Low FODMAP Certified Italian Tuscan Herb Mix by Casa de Sante
- 1 pcs Cucumber
- 1/2 cup Cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 Feta
- 1 tbsp Sunflower seeds
Dressing:
- 2 tbsp Low FODMAP Certified Basil & Lemon Salad Dressing by Casa de Sante
Cooking Instructions:
To make our Low FODMAP Vegetarian Tomato Cucumber Feta Salad Recipe, follow these steps:
- Put the potatoes, carrots, zucchini in the pan.
- Add olive oil and Italian Tuscan Herb Mix by Casa de Sante.
- Put it 30-35 minutes in the oven.
- Cut a cucumber and a 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes for salad.
- Remove the vegetables from the oven and put it in a bowl.
- In the bowl add cucumbers, tomatoes, feta, sunflower seeds, Italian Tuscan Herb Mix by Casa de Sante and Basil & Lemon Salad Dressing by Casa de Sante.
- Mix it all together and serve.
