Low FODMAP Spiralized Veggie Salad with Quinoa (Video)

Ingredients:

1/2 Zucchini
1 Carrot
1/2 Cucumber
1/2 cup Cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup Red cabbage
2 tbsp Sunflower
1 tbsp Italian Tuscan Herb Mix by Casa de Sante
1 tbsp Poppy seeds
1 tbsp Basil & Lemon Salad dressing by Casa de Sante
5 tbsp Quinoa boiled

Prepare:

Half a zucchini, one carrot and half a cucumber cut in spirals.

Put it in a bowl.

Add cherry tomatoes, red cabbage, sunflower seeds, spice Italian Tuscan Herb Mix, poppy seeds and dressing Basil & Lemon, mix them all and then add quinoa and mix.

Put the salad in 2 bowls and serve.
