5 Freeze and Dump Low FODMAP Instant Pot Meals

With these quick and easy freeze and dump low FODMAP Instant Pot meals, you'll have dinner ready in a snap any day of the week!

Spaghetti Sauce

3 servings

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef, browned and drained
1 can of stewed Italian tomatoes (10-12 oz can)
2 cans tomato sauce (10-12 oz cans)
1 can of water
2 tbsp Casa de Sante low FODMAP Certified Tuscan Herb Seasoning
1 Tbsp sugar (optional)

Instructions
Put all of the ingredients into a gallon size freezer bag or round freezer safe container smaller than the Instant Pot and freeze. When you’re ready, place in the fridge overnight to thaw or use straight from frozen.
Dump into Instant Pot and cook on manual for 10-15 minutes. Quick Release.
Serve over gluten free pasta and enjoy!

Lemon Garlicky Chicken

3 servings

Ingredients
3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup garlic oil
1 tbsp Casa de Sante low FODMAP Certified Tuscan Herb seasoning 

3 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp brown sugar (optional)
1 tsp salt
1/2 – 12 oz bag frozen steam in bag/microwaveable broccoli (Low FODMAP safe serving is 3/4 cup)

Instructions
Put all of the ingredients except vegetables into a gallon size freezer bag or round freezer safe container smaller than Instant Pot and freeze. When you’re ready to use place it in the refrigerator overnight to thaw or use straight from frozen.  Dump into Instant Pot and cook on manual for 15-20 minutes. Quick Release. Microwave and add broccoli. 
Serve over rice, gluten free pasta and enjoy!


Salsa Chicken

Ingredients
3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 jar Casa de Sante low FODMAP Certified salsa 

1 bag frozen steam in bag/microwaveable low FODMAP Mexican veggies 

Instructions

Put all of the ingredients except vegetables into a gallon size freezer bag or round freezer safe container smaller than Instant Pot and freeze. When you’re ready to use place it in the refrigerator overnight to thaw or use straight from frozen. Dump into Instant Pot and cook on manual for 15-20 minutes. Quick Release. Microwave veggies and add. Serve with rice and enjoy!



Thai Pineapple Curry Chicken

3 servings
Ingredients
3 Chicken breasts
1 can pineapple chunks (drained, low FODMAP serving size 1 cup)
1/4 cup gluten free soy sauce
1 tbsp Casa de Sante low FODMAP Certified Thai Curry seasoning

1/4 cup brown sugar (optional)
1 – 12 oz bag of frozen steam in bag/microwaveable low FODMAP oriental veggies

Put all of the ingredients except vegetables into a gallon size freezer bag or round freezer safe container smaller than Instant Pot and freeze. When you’re ready to use place it in the refrigerator overnight to thaw or use straight from frozen. Dump into Instant Pot and cook on manual for 15-20 minutes. Ingredients
