Low FODMAP Protein Muffins Recipe

Ingredients:

To make our Low FODMAP Protein Muffins Recipe, you will need the following:

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup almond milk 
  • 1 cup buckwheat flour
  • 2 tbsp Protein vanilla by Casa de Santé
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom
  • 1 tbsp turmeric 
  • 1/2 tsp salt 


Prepare:

To make our Low FODMAP Protein Muffins Recipe, follow these steps:

  1. In a bowl put 2 eggs, 2 tbsp coconut oil, 2 tbsp maple syrup, 1/2 cup almond milk mix all.
  2. In this bowl put the dry ingredients: 1 cup buckwheat flour, 2 tbsp Protein vanilla by Casa de Santé, 1 tbsp chia seeds, 1/2 tsp cardamom, 1 tbsp turmeric and 1/2 tsp salt all mix together.
  3. Put the composition in cups.
  4. Bake 30-35 minutes at 160°C / 320°F until is golden.
