Ingredients: Organic Acacia (Acacia Senegal)
Start with a low dose twice daily. Increase gradually. Keep increasing until symptoms resolve. Dissolve in room temperature liquids or add to moist foods, hot or cold. Diarrhea and spasms resolve more quickly than constipation. Constipation may require a gradual increase to higher end of dose range. Average daily dose is 2 teaspoons to 3 tablespoons, divided into two daily doses. Max daily dose is 5 tablespoons.
