- 2 cups baby spinach
- 4 oz. plain roasted chicken breast
- ½ pomegranate, peeled and seeds separated
- 1 tbsp. low FODMAP Balsamic Vinaigrette (Grapefruit)
- 1 tbsp. low fat goats cheese
- 2 tbsp. walnuts
- Combine all ingredients together, and drizzle with the low FODMAP Balsamic Vinaigrette (Grapefruit).
- Serve cold and enjoy!
