Low FODMAP Pasta Sauce

2 6-­‐oz. cans tomato paste

1 28-­‐oz. can crushed tomatoes

1 28-­‐oz. can diced tomatoes

4 tablespoons Casa de santé Tuscan Herb mix

2 tablespoons salt pepper olive oil fresh basil, minced (optional).

Directions: Bring a large skillet to medium heat, add olive oil. Use casa de santé Tuscan Herb mix in olive oil. Add tomato paste, fry 3 minutes. Add both cans of tomatoes and 5.25 cups water. Add salt and pepper to taste. SImmer for 1 hour or until flavors have melded. Stir in basil just before serving.
