Low FODMAP Pumpkin Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup LemonAID digestive drink
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • ½ banana
  • ¼ cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp. maple syrup
  • ½ cup ice
  • ¼ tsp pumpkin spice

Method:

  1. Blend all ingredients together until creamy. Serve cold.
