Low FODMAP Coconut Berry Banana Dream Recipe

Ingredients:

  • ½ Cup strawberries
  • 1 Scoop vegan protein powder
  • Few drops alcohol-free vanilla extract
  • ½ cup raspberries
  • ½ banana
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • ½ Cup LemonAID digestive drink
  • Few ice cubes

Method:

1) Blend all the ingredients together
until creamy.
2) Serve cold.
