Low FODMAP Roasted Turkey Salad Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 Oz. turkey breast, roasted
  • 2 Slices gluten-free bread
  • 4 Slices cucumber
  • 2 Lettuce leaves
  • 2 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 Tsp. butter
  • 1 Tsp. low FODMAP Spice Mix

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, toss the roasted turkey breast in the spice mix.
  2. Spread some butter on the gluten free bread.
  3. Layer up all the ingredients, and enjoy!
