Feast on this fresh zesty winter salad, and add it to your dinner table this Christmas!
- 2 cups quinoa cooked
- 4 cups chopped kale
- 1⁄4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 10 cherry tomatoes halved
- 1⁄4 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tbsp dried cranberries
- 3 tbsp Casa De Sante Basil & Lemon Salad Dressing
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup cilantro chopped
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Drizzle with the desired amount of dressing.
- Serve cold, and enjoy!
