Low FODMAP Zesty Winter Salad Recipe

Feast on this fresh zesty winter salad, and add it to your dinner table this Christmas!

Serves: 8

Ingredients:

  • 2          cups   quinoa   cooked
  • 4          cups   chopped kale 
  • 1⁄4       cup     pumpkin seeds 
  • 10       cherry tomatoes   halved
  • 1⁄4       cup     crumbled feta cheese 
  • 2          tbsp    dried cranberries 
  • 3          tbsp    Casa De Sante Basil & Lemon Salad Dressing 
  •             salt and pepper to taste 
  • 1          cup     cilantro   chopped

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Drizzle with the desired amount of dressing.
  3. Serve cold, and enjoy!

 

A salad goes great with any dish- dress it up with low FODMAP dressing and enjoy!
