Low FODMAP Winter Zucchini Salad Recipe (Video)

Spiralize 1/2 zucchini, 1/2 cucumber.

Mix in a bowl with 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, 1/4 cup walnuts, 1/2 cup baby spinach, 2 tsp olive oil and 1 tbsp Tuscan Herb Mix by Casa de Sante.

Mix all together.

Serve fresh.
