Low FODMAP Vegetarian Zucchini & Feta Balls Recipe

Ingredients:

1 cup zucchini
1/2 cup feta
1 cup carrot
2 eggs
1 tbsp Casa de Sante Low FODMAP Certified Mexican Seasoning Mix

Decoration:

1 tomato
baby spinach

Prepare:

In a bowl put 1 cup zucchini , 1/2 cup feta , 1 cup carrot and 2 eggs.

Put 1 tbsp Mexican Seasoning Mix By Casa de Sante.

Mix it all together.

In a baking sheet put baking paper, grease with olive oil.

Make the balls and put in the baking sheet.

Put it 20 minutes in the oven.

Decorate it with tomato and baby spinach.
