Low FODMAP Granola Smoothie Recipe (Video)

For the Toppings:

Prepare:

  1. Cut a pineapple in two
  2. Remove the pineapple and cut it into pieces.
  3. In a blender add 1 cup of pineapple, 1 carrot, 1 cup Granola by Casa de Sante, 1 cup orange juice and 1/2 cup of almond milk.
  4. Blend until smooth.
  5. If necessary, add a tablespoon or two of milk.
  6. Put it in.Ā 
  7. Top with pineapple, coconut and Granola by Casa de Sante
  8. Serve immediately
