Low FODMAP Chia Granola Pudding Recipe (Video)

Ingredients:

40g Chia
Approx 1 cup Almond milk
1/2 cup Casa de Sante Granola
1 Banana
5 Pieces of Strawberries

Prepare:

In a bowl mix chia with almond milk.

Leave for 10-15 min.

Mix 1 banana, 5 strawberries and 1/4 cup milk and mix.

Decorate a glass of strawberries and put the granola, chia pudding and the fruit mixed.

Decorate with chia, strawberries and granola.
