Low FODMAP Caprese Salad Recipe

Servings: 1    

Ingredients:

  • 2  large  tomatoes,  sliced
  • 2  Tbsp.  LemonAID (cayenne)
  • 1  oz.  fresh  mozzarella  sliced  (sub  1  egg  sliced  if  avoiding  dairy)
  • 4  fresh  basil  leaves
  • 4  Olives
  • 1  Tbsp.  Extra  virgin  olive  oil
  • 1  Tbsp.  Balsamic  vinegar  

Preparation:

  1. On  a  plate  place  sliced  tomatoes,  layer  mozzarella  and  basil.
  2. Drizle  the  extra  virgin  olive  oil,  LemonAID (cayenne) and  balsamic  vinegar.
  3. Garnish  with  olives.
